As a consumer purchasing online within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Condition of Returned Goods

Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. For large items such as hot tubs and installed components, please contact us before attempting a return, as special arrangements may be required.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty or not as described, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Given the size and weight of some products (e.g. hot tubs), return shipping costs may be significant — please contact us to discuss options before ordering if you have concerns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us immediately at info@jdkthermal.eu with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you, in line with your statutory warranty rights.

Custom-Made Products

Hot tubs built to your specific custom specifications are non-returnable unless faulty, as permitted under EU consumer protection law for personalized goods.
